Description

With the beginning of the new academic year 2021, The "Future of Arab Education" magazine congratulates its readers from researchers, specialists and those interested in human development and educational studies. We ask Allah that it would be a good year and a blessing to every one.
We present the issue No. 130 and it includes seven studies:
The First Study aims to reveal the effectiveness of e-learning  in light of the spread of the  Corona virus form the viewpoint of faculty members in Egyptian University.
It also aims to measure the level of continuity of the e-learning process and reveal the obstacles of using e-learning and the level of interaction of students and faculty members with e-learning in Egyptian University.
The study seeks to answer the following question: What is the effectiveness of e-learning in light of the spread of the Corona Virus from the viewpoint of faculty members in Egyptian Universities.
The study relied on the sample social survey method for a group of faculty members in Egyptian Universities,  and the study relied on a questionnaire form as a means of collecting study data.
The study is by Dr. Wafaa Hafez Abdel Salam.
The Second Study aimed to uncover patterns of brain control predicted by positive thinking and academic achievement, and to identify the relationship between brain control, usually positive thinking, and academic achievement, and the degree to which brain control patterns contribute to predicting positive thinking, as well as th extent to which brain control patterns contribute to predicting academic attainment, and the detection of the prevailing pattern among male and female students of the third year of the preparatory stage in the governorate of Suez, and the results of the study revealed the existence of a relationship between positive thinking, the left pattern, and the right pattern. There is no relationship between positive thinking and the integrated pattern, and there is a relationship between academic achievement and both the left type.

The Thrid Study: It aims to define the requirements for the application of talent management in the Public Authority of applied education and training in the State of Kuwait to achieve organizational excellence the researcher used the descriptive approach and reached the most important results of the research to determine the requirements for the application of talent management in the public authority for Applied Education and Training in the Kuwait authority to achieve organizational excellence, these requirements were represented in legislative and administrative requirements for faculty members of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, scientific requirements and human requirements.
         The study is by: Dr. Maryam Faisal Abdullah Al Sherazy.
The Fourth Study It aimed to revel the relationship between the practice of servant leadership among the leaders of the Deanships of the agency for postgraduate studies and scientific research at Al Imam Muhammed bin Saud Islamic University and the organizational commitment of its employees in order to achieve these goals, the descriptive approach was used, in both the correlational and survey parts, and a questionnaire was applied to the study population, and that the dimension of the ethical behaviour came first with a high degree, while emotional treatment came in the last order with a medium degree.
The study is by: Dr. Anas bin Muhammed bin Ebrahim Al Shaiban.
The Fifth Study: The study aims to identify the intellectual framework for human relations in school administration on the theoretical foundations of administrative communication and to reveal the features of administrative communication in the public high school in Egypt exposing the reality of the principal’s role in improving human relations to support administrative communication in public secondary schools in Suez. Reaching the proposed mechanisms to activate the principal’s role in improving human relations to support administrative communication in public secondary schools in Suez.
The researcher used the descriptive approach and the study reached the following results:
There are no statistically significant difference between the responses of the sample members about the study axes according to the position experience and academic qualification.

The Sixth Study: It aims recognize the importance of developing the role of the Suez University administration in order to achieve its competitiveness, by examining the features of the Suez University administrating at the present time and identifying the theoretical foundations of competitiveness and identifying the most important proposed measures to develop the role of the Suez University administration to achieve its competitiveness. The research employed the descriptive method in order to achieve its goals and answer its questions. One of its most prominent results was the neglect of some leaders of the university’s administrative work for the scientific implications of the competitiveness of university work. And the loss of trust between the university administration and some faculty members in its various colleges and dependence on some workers in managing the department or work unit without others, as well as the exclusion of some competencies from participating in managing the area of group work in addition to neglecting the participation of the second grade when participating in university decision – making. Neglecting students’ opinions and suggestions about the problems encounter in their university or professional life.

The Seventh Study: The research aims to reveal the  extent to which critical thinking skills are included in the text book of computer and information technology for the third grade, middle of the first semester, and the study adopted the descriptive and analytical approach, and the analysis unit was the educational activities, and a card was used to analyze the content.
The results of the study showed that all critical thinking skills are available in the book on computer and information technology in varying proportions, where the skill of deduction came as the highest skill while the skill of interpretation was the least included. The study recommends the necessity to include critical thinking skills more and diversify critical thinking skills in activities and the necessity of follow-up. The extent of students’ application and practice of activities.

In the section of university theses, the doctoral thesis presented by the researcher /Fatma Zakaria Mohamed Abdel-Razek was presented, entitled: "A Proposed Concept for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in University Education in Egypt".
