The "Future of Arab Education" magazine presents its issue No. 131 to its honorable readers from professors and researchers and those interested in human development issues from university professors and research centers, and this issue includes seven studies.
The First Study: The study aimed to identify the reality of using electronic educational media in teaching sciences (Chemistry, Physics, and Biology), Khartoum Private Education Schools Local Emberman. The researcher used the descriptive approach because it was suitable for the nature of the study. The study recommended what follows:
Considering the role of electronic media in teaching science in the secondary stage under Covid 19 pandemic and the organization of training workshops for teachers and science parameters in the secondary level of electronic media in teaching science.

The Second Study: It aimed to display the roads and mechanisms to deliver the objectives of Islamic education for primary school students through distance learning under the Corona epidemic and the researcher used the descriptive approach to reach a clear vision on the subject. The study concluded that there were many obstacles that hindered the delivering of the objectives of Islamic education using distance learning for primary grades students and the need to introduce modern technologies in teaching Islamic education as images and movies.

The Third Study: It aimed to activate the distributed leadership approach to achieve organizational excellence in educational institutions in the State of Kuwait, and to use the descriptive approach by analyzing the theoretical and intellectual foundations of distributed leadership in educational institutions. The results of the search revealed the need for educational institutions in Kuwait to lead the distributed leadership and the research provided the proposed recommendations for driving distributed to the organizational excellence in educational institutions in Kuwait.

The Fourth Study: It aimed to identify the relationship the concept of authority with faculty members at the level of interaction with students of the Faculty of Basic Education in Kuwait and detection of the impact of component of the concept of authority with faculty members on the interaction of students during the educational process. Determine the relationship existing between the interaction of the female students and the use of faculty members the concept of authority according to variables of gender, academic qualification, job title, years of experience or age. The researchers followed the descriptive analytical approach to verify the study's questions after relying on the questionnaire as a tool to collect research data electronically the study reached the following conclusions:
There is a strong correlation between the concept of authority in the faculty and the interaction of female students with the educational process in the college of basic education in the State of Kuwait, and it is a very clear concept among faculty members and they use it during interaction with female students.

The Fifth Study: It aimed to develop the three-year technical secondary education administration in Suez Governorate in light of the feature of contemporary administrative thought and to identify the theoretical foundations of running a three-year technical secondary school in Suez Governorate according to contemporary literature. The detection of the most important features of contemporary administrative thought and identification of the most important measures proposed to develop the administration of the secondary school in Suez Governorate in light of the needs of society and the features of contemporary administrative thought. The research used the descriptive approach in order to achieve its research goals.
Among the most prominent of its results was the lack of students' awareness of the importance of self-evaluation, improvement of capacity, sustainable development, the importance of entrepreneurship, and the isolation of some technical secondary school principals in the governorate with the school decision in terms of its industry and spread.

The Sixth Study: The study aimed to identify the degree of practices of girls' education offices in the city of Riyadh for crisis management operations in terms of crisis planning, formation of a crisis management team, leadership in crisis, a crisis communication system, a crisis information system, and crisis assessment according to the opinions of the study members from the educational supervisors. The study also aimed to derive the most important lessons learned from global experiences in crisis management. The study relied on the descriptive survey approach and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data.
The study also presented some recommendations and proposals, including the development of a proposed strategy for developing the practice of crisis management operations in education offices for girls.

The Seventh Study (In English): The Study aimed to find a relationship between English Language proficiency and general academic performance of international students through specific strategies, and the descriptive and analytical approach was used with the help of a questionnaire.
One of the most prominent results was that all participants agreed that the interventions helped them to learn and gain proficiency in the second language English however they did not agree on the effect of these interventions on their academic performance.

And in the section of an issue for discussion the professor Dr. Hassan Moahmed Wageeh Hassan presented, "Towards activating a new international diplomacy, a document (Human Fraternity) between activation and caveats.
And in the section of presenting university theses, a doctoral thesis was presented Khalil Mohammed Mutahar Al-Khateeb, under title "Planning to establish a university leadership academy in the Republic of Yemen.
