The paper tries to discuss new issue that has critical impacts on the Arab World which so called “Spiritual Diplomacy”. Spiritual Diplomacy is a new term that was created by the foreign camp under the American leadership to achieve their interests by new tools and unusual methods. This term is issued by the beginning of the new century (millennium) as a though & movement; to achieve what so called “religious global peace to solve conflicts” and to achieve SDGs and to combat the global poverty; as an approach to guarantee societal acceptance for the initiative and to build supportive international public opinion.

The spiritual diplomacy is created as a new initiative to influence decision makers and to reshape the foreign policy, in order to achieve “Religious, Global Mutual Peace” that is supported by the followers of three heavenly religions & decision support centers. This initiative will be implemented by gathering men of the three heavenly religions side by side with diplomats and politicians to agree upon the common religious discourse to be implemented to new political fact this forum will take a form of Track II Diplomacy. The religious leaders will be named as spiritual leaders that will enter discussion to solve disputes according to the common values by re-explanation of the holy texts in the three religions to be implemented to the political map on regional & global level. This vision will be a vocal point for the rational political governance in the whole world.

From this perspective, this paper will present critical review for the initiative that so called spiritual diplomacy, its tools, goals and techniques. Also it will tackle the international efforts to achieve the new plans on the fact. In addition to the possible policies to face this thought through the Arab & Egyptian diplomacy as such.
