Marital Adjustment and its Relation to Irrational Thoughts and Locus of Control (A Study on Secondary School Teachers, according to some Demographic Variables)

The current study aimed to present a field study in Suez governorate for Psychological hardiness between marital adjustment and Psychological Stress for kindergarten teachers in developing aesthetical and educational sense, and for that reason, the research group used the analytical, descriptive method in the practical side, and in the table of statistics for the distribution of the research population and descriptive method for the theoretical framework of the study, which included four main dimensions, included the study of Psychological hardiness between marital adjustment and Psychological Stress for kindergarten teachers in developing aesthetical and educational sense in the light of some variables as gender, age, and experience,
The research group of this study adopted the results of previous studies, the scientific data for the theoretical study, and the reality of statistics from the research population and descriptive method, and the effect of these things on the aesthetical and educational sense, and on the role of kindergarten teachers towards young children, and  on post-experiment mechanisms.
The research group presented some recommendations by the end of the study for the  Psychological hardiness between marital adjustment and Psychological Stress for kindergarten teachers in developing aesthetical and educational sense.
