Developing the Administrative Performance of the Leaders in Public Education Schools Hail in Light of the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030

The study aimed to identify the mechanisms for Developing the Administrative Performance of the Leaders in Public Education Schools in Hail in Light of the Saudi Arabia Vision 2030. The study sample consisted of 181 leaders, and the study used the questionnaire. The study used the descriptive approach, and reached through it a set of results The effect is that planning dimension came with a high degree of practice, also the organizing Dimension came with a medium practice level, and orientation dimension also with a medium practice level, and finally supervision dimension came with a medium practice level. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences between the leaders ’responses due to the study variables (years of service in the current work, training courses).
