Description

"The Future of Arab Education" magazine offers its readers of the Professors and Specialists, its one hundred twenty-fourth issue, of its blessed roadway. This issue includes seven studies, presented as following:
The first study is about how self-service strategies, life-oriented approaches are used to predicting neural perfectionism in university students, and the research used the descriptive method and its questionnaire tools, and ended up with a set of results, including the possibility of interpreting neural perfection in light of idealism, intimidation and life-orientation. The study is made by Dr. Najwa Al-Sayed Bannis.
The second study, by Dr. Hiba Gharib Mohammed, deals with the analysis of the principles and theoretical basis for marketing research in universities, and to uncover the current reality at the University of Suez. The study used the comparative method, and ended up with setting the mechanisms for developing the research marketing at the Suez Canal University.
The third study was presented by Mrs. Suha Ahmed Mahmoud Ahmed, Prof. Ashraf Abdel Fattah Mustafa, Prof. Abdel Hamid Safwat Ibrahim, Dr. Ali Abdullah Ali Musafir, and Prof. Ihab Al-Beblawi, which aims to study the psychological rigidity between pairing compatibility and psychological pressures in the role of kindergarten teachers in the development of aesthetic sense and education. The study used the descriptive method, and concluded with a set of procedural recommendations.
The fourth study is by Mrs. Hagar Gamal Abdel Nasser Al-Yamani, Dr. Sahar Mansour Al-Qattawi, Dr. Ayman Hilmi Owayda aims to study the relationship between the psychological rigidity and the psychological happiness of students blind at birth and blind by injury at the preparatory and secondary school level in Suez Governorate. The study used the descriptive method, and concluded with a set of results, including that psychological happiness can’t be predicted, through the psychological rigidity of students who are blind due to injury.
The fifth study is made by Prof. Manal Rashad Abdel Fattah, Dr. Ihab Ibrahim El Heo, and Mrs. Yasmin Salim Abdel Aziz. It aims to identify the impact of organizational justice on improving the job performance of basic education teachers in South Sinai schools. The study used the descriptive method, and concluded that different strategies, tactics and policies are must needed to achieve this goal.
The sixth study made by Prof. Ashraf Abdel Fattah Mustafa, D. Mohamed Darwish, Dr. Iman Abdel Radi Abuel Hassan, and Mrs. Faiyza Ahmed Mahmoud. The study aims to present a study on the role of educational activities towards family recovery of disintegration in society and its impact on the aesthetic and educational sense among young people. The study used experimental methods in the practical aspect while used a descriptive approach in the theoretical context. At the end of the study, the research team presented a set of recommendations to activate the role of educational activities towards healing the family disintegration in society and its impact on the development of the aesthetic and educational sense among young people.
                     The seventh study, conducted by Dr. Saif Bin Nasser Al-Maamari and Mrs. Yamama bint Rashid Al-Maamariyah, aims to reveal the level of self-efficacy in using the Internet in students of the eleventh grade in the post-basic Education Schools in Oman. The study used the descriptive method, and the results of the study showed that the level of self-efficacy in using the Internet was high. Most sample members enter the Internet to communicate with others and tend to hide their online accounts to parents. The study recommended that technology should be integrated into education to include better digital education to enhance students' integrated digital knowledge.
