SUGGESTED VISION FOR DEVELOPING THE KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS’ AWARENESS OF REGULATIONS AND LAWS RELATED TO THEIR WORK

        The present study aimed at providing a suggested vision for developing the kindergarten teachers’ awareness of regulations and laws related to their work and included in the government constitution and ministerial decrees on educational institutions. A questionnaire was developed for evaluating these regulations focusing on six tenets or dimensions covered the financial affairs, technical affairs, appointment, promotion, transfer and resignation affaires, civil responsibility, accountability, and . A sample of teachers (n= 163) was drawn randomly from kindergarten institution at  Menoufia  governorate.   
 The study findings revealed that that the sample awareness of their work-related regulations and laws was average in four dimensions and low in two.
 There were no statistically significant differences in awareness degree in the light of the kindergarten location (rural or urban), teacher preparation type (educational or non-education), and experience years. Private kindergarten teachers’ awareness was higher than that of the government kindergarten teachers.
