The relationship between psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence for special education teachers in the view of some demographic variables

The current study aimed at studying the relationship between psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence for special education teachers in Suez and Ismailia governorates. The descriptive method was used in the current study, the study sample included (200) special education teachers, (101) teachers from Suez, and (99) teachers from Ismailia governorate. And some statistical methods were used for analyzing data, such as, T. test, multivariate analysis of variance, Alpha Cronbach test, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results have showed that:
<>1-There is a positive correlation between the psychological empowerment and spiritual intelligence for special education teachers.
  1. 2 - There are statistically significant differences in the scores of teachers on spiritual intelligence scale according to gender variable in favor of females, and there are no statistically significant differences according to age.
