The Effectiveness of a Training Program Based on Theory of Mind tasks in Developing Self-Awareness and Improving Social interaction for Kindergarten Autistic Children

Abstract:
      This study aimed at identifying The Effectiveness of a Training Program Based on Theory of Mind tasks in Developing Self-Awareness and Improving Social interaction for Kindergarten Autistic Children. Sample consisted of pre-school autistic children. Then, the children were divided into two groups, an experimental group consisted of (7) children applied the training program and a control group consisted of (7) children. The results were used for the mann Whitney test, the Wilcoxson test, Arithmetic mean And standard deviation. The results of the study revealed the effectiveness of the Training Program used in the study, which led to the development of Self-Awareness in the experimental group compared to the control group, and the effectiveness indicative program used in the study after three months of application of the program.
