Practices of managing crises in office of education for females in Riyadh out of education supervisors’ views

Abstract
        The study aims to identify the practices of managing crises in office of education for females in Riyadh out of education supervisors’ views regarding to: planning the crises, forming a team for crises management, leadership while crises, communication system in crises, information system in crises, and evaluating crises based on education supervisors’ views. The study aims to deduct the most important lessons from international experiences in managing crises. The study depends on survey and descriptive methodology, while the researcher depended on a questionnaire as a tool for collecting data. The study was applied on a sample consisting of 242-education supervisor. The study results show that practices of education offices in Riyadh for managing crises are moderate degree, except evaluating crises are very week degree. The study provides some recommendations including providing suggested strategy for developing practices of managing crises in education office for female, forming future plans and integrated programs for facing crises. There should a periodic training courses for all employees of education office in field of managing crises. Moreover, it is necessary to make partnerships between offices of education and social enterprises for providing support while need .
