Description

The "Future of Arab Education" Magazine presents its issue number 127 at the end of its 27th year of scientific career which was made sure to be a constant lightning torch.
This issue includes Seven studies one of them is in English.
            The first study: The study has aimed to delineate the Best Methods And Models used In the Evaluation And Follow up of the performance at the level of the teachers to evaluate And Follow up In a scientific manner to achieve objectivity And thus, the main goal of this Research is evaluating the current status And Issues Related to the Roles played by civil Institutional Excellence .
                                    Assessing its effectiveness in achieving In the field of Egyptian Education And designing Future scenarios for overcoming the present defects And for coping with the global political, economic, technological and cultural challenge.

The Second study: The study aimed to determine the level of both administrative empowerment and educational loyalty in education offices for girls in the city of Riyadh and to reveal the relationship between administrative empowerment and organizational loyalty in education offices for girls in Riyadh. The descriptive approach was used in its correlative method. It was found that the individuals of the study agree to a high degree on the level of implementing administrative empowerment in education offices in Riyadh. In the light of this, the study presented a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which is to increase the powers granted to the educational supervisors, to form a working group in an effective manner, and develop a training policy commensurate with the needs of the educational supervisors.

The third study: It aim to determine the level of perceived quality of education from the point of view of students of the scientific track at the deanship of the preparatory year at the University of Al Emam Abdulrahman ben Faisal, the study sample consisted of (247) female students from the scientific track, the descriptive approach was applied. The study reached a number of results, most notably: The level of female students' satisfaction. The study sample about the perceived quality of educational service was very high towards most of the institutional services, and services provided by faculty members and administrative staff, as for the level of educational service quality perceived from the point of view of the study sample in relation to the services provided (facilities and equipment) as it needs more attention.

The fourth Study: It aims to raise environmental and social awareness. Show the importance of completing participatory projects in universities in order to provide a distinct visual perception, depending on the available resources, also access to the preparation of a project for developing the students' skills, implementation and follow-up of the project with the distribution of roles on all parties involved in establishing an exhibition of design basics at the University of Al Emam ben Abdulrahman ben Faisal. The study used the descriptive comparative approach for its relevance to the topic, a questionnaire has also been prepared to seek students to participate in participatory activity among different groups, and as apart of the plan to prepare female students for the engineering track to join engineering colleges. The study is by Dr. Noha Husney Hamouda, Dr. Hoda Farag Zaki and Dr. Marwa Turkey Abdulaziz.
The fifth study: The current study aimed to identify, and the study sample consisted of (120) female education workers and the sample was divided (60) female education workers with breast cancer from the Health Insurance Hospital in Suez. And (60) women working in education for non-injured women from the old middle schools of girls in Suez, and the body image scale was applied from the numbers of Zainab Shuqair, and future anxiety was prepared by the researcher, and the study found a positive correlation between body image and future anxiety in its dimensions among women with breast cancer.
The Six Study: The aim of the study is to identify the impact of a program based on social learning theory on developing the skill of speaking fluently among kindergarten children in Kuwait. The study used the experimental approach on a sample of 20 male and female children. The study tool was the skill of speaking fluently scale, and a program based on social learning theory. The most important results of the study were the improvement of the ability to speak fluently among the children of the experimental group. The study is by Dr. Sarah Jassim Abdullah Jaji Shukrallah
The Seven Study: (in English); It researches the application of measuring and evaluating the performance of libraries by secondary school libraries in the government sector in the State of Kuwait.             The study sheds light on the current situation, identified obstacles and found ways to improve performance measurement and evaluation of secondary school libraries. A descriptive approach was used to analyze the data and draw conclusions with the help f a questionnaire tool to collect data the study sample reached 95 school librarians, representing about 44% of the study sample. The study revealed a lack of interest in measuring and evaluating the performance of libraries among school librarians, as they are not aware of the aim of this vital activity in library management.            Studies have identified obstacles that hinder the implementation of the process in addition to the lack of training opportunities and budgetary constraints.

In the section of an Book Review, the issue of  by                 Mr. Moustafa Abdel Sadek Moustafa, The Arabic Language and its Potential in E-Learning (Reality and Future Trends).
In the section of theses a master's thesis by researcher Eman Abd El Azizi Megahed Ahmed Younes was presented and it was entitled "Promoting the Model of Effective School Into the Education System in Egypt" (A Proposed Conception).
