Rationalizing cultural openness from the Islamic education perspective

Study Objectives:
  1. Clarify the concept of regulating and rationalizing cultural openness from an Islamic perspective.
  2. Highlight the cultural openness regulations from the Islamic education perspective.
Study Methodology:
The researcher used descriptive methodology & deductive approach.
Study Chapters:
Te Study consists of three chapters, as follows:
  • Chapter I: (the Study’s general framework): It included: the Study’s introduction; Study’s problem; Study’s questions; Study’s objectives; Study’s importance; Study’s methodology; Study’s parameters; Study’s terminology; as well as previous studies and comments.
  • Chapter II: Regulating and rationalizing cultural openness from an Islamic perspective
  • Chapter III: The cultural openness regulations from the Islamic education perspective.
Study Main Results:
  1. The rationalization of cultural openness does not mean to completely melt into other cultures, nor shutting them off, but rather to benefit from them while at the same time maintaining a Muslim identity.
  2. Cultural openness regulations represent a preventive aspect in Islamic education, which protects from falling into deviations and ethical immorality.
