Description

The “Arabic Education Future” introduces its hundred and twenty two issue of the twenty sixth volume, for its readers, specialists and those who are interested in the sociological and educational issues.
The issue includes in addition to this file, another five studies:
The First Study: Aims at highlighting the relationship between the psychological confidence and the intellectual intelligence according to some demographical changes. The Study is made by Mrs. Rania Mahmoud Saad Abdel Rahman, Dr. Ahmed Said Zidan and Dr. Ali Abdallah Ali Musafer. The study used the “descriptive method”, and concluded with the relationship between the psychological confidence and the intellectual intelligence.
The Second Study: Aims at description of the threat to the intellectual security, Analytical Educational study, made by: Prof. Said Ismaiel Ali, Dr. Mohamed Ahmed Ismaiel, Dr. Mohamed Darwish Darwish, Dr. Iman Abdel Radi Abuel Hassan and Mrs. Suzan Fathi Mohamed Hassan El Gendi. The Study used the “descriptive method”, and revealed the existence of shortcomings by the educational institutions in enlighten the youth and immune them against intellectual invasion.
The Third Study: Made by: Dr. Faizah Khairallah Nasser Abdallah and Dr. Adel Khairallah Nasser Abdallah and it aimed at describing the influence of the human resources departments at the multinational companies, in the social responsibility, a practical study on a sample of the multinational companies. The Study used the “collective inventory method” for the human resources officers and concluded with the importance to enhance the human resources department in a manner matching with the social responsibility and in line with the global markets.
The Fourth Study: made by: Professor Ashraf Abdel Fattah Mostafa, Professor Abdel Hamid Safwat, Dr. Ali Abdallah Ali Musafer and Mrs. Manar Saree Hamid Aql. This Study aims at making use of the arts in minimizing the insane thoughts as to support the marriage harmony for the secondary education teachers, in line with some demographical changes, “Weaving Arts as an example”, the Study used the descriptive analytical method. The researching team at the end of the study introduced group of recommendations for psychological endurance between the marriage harmony and psychological pressures.
The Fifth Study: Aims at describing the concept of beauty education, its definition, objectives and characteristics. The Study is made by:  Prof. Naglaa Atiya Abdel Rahman, Dr. Mohamed Darwish Darwish, Dr. Riham Hessein Salama and Dr. Iman Abdel Radi Abuel Hassan. The Study revealed the lack of concentration on part of the Faculty of Education with the beauty education and the art taste, and lack of practice of the same inside the Faculty, the applied side or the ethical aspects.
In the Chapter dedicated for University studies, the master degree thesis of the Researcher: Hessein Hamed Abdel Razzak was displayed, under the title “The relationship between the educational leadership and the methods for management of organizational conflicts, a field study made at some secondary schools at Cairo Governorate”.
We appeal to Almighty Allah to guide us to the good deeds and make us benefit of our knowledge and teach us what we don’t know.
The Almighty Allah is always guiding to the best ever path.
