Description

The "Future of Arab Education" periodical presents its 123rd issue in conclusion to volume 26th of its, God willing, blessed passageway. This issue is published in two parts, containing eleven studies.
Part one contains five studies as following:
The First study, by Dr. Fatima Bint Abdul Aziz Al-Tuijari aims to build a proposed concept for applying the management of excellence in Saudi university colleges of education according to the model of European excellence. The study used the descriptive method, and in the light of the results, the study presented the proposed concept.
The second study, by Dr. Asmaa Ahmed Khalaf Hassan, aims to learn how to benefit from international standards for the quality of university education in developing the standards of educational effectiveness of the Egyptian Colleges of Education. The study used the descriptive method, and the study accomplished results, including the development of courses and the use of modern teaching strategies and other requirements.
The third study, by Dr. Faiza Khairallah Nasser Bin Abdullah and Dr. Adel Khairallah Nasser Bin Abdullah, aims to shed light on the reality of automated management and reveal the relationship between automated management and the effectiveness of change decisions.
The study used the descriptive method and concluded several recommendations and suggestions.
The fourth study, by Dr. Fawzia Mohammed Zaid Al-Shemmari, aims to identify the mechanisms to develop the administrative performance of female leaders in public education schools in the city of Hail in light of the vision of Saudi Arabia 2030 Plan. The study used the descriptive method and its resolution tools, and concluded with a number of important recommendations.
Fifth study by, Professor Said Ismail Ali, Professor Mohammed Ahmed Ismail, Dr. Mohammed Darwish, Dr. Eman Abdel Radi Abouel Hassan and Suzanne Fat’hy Mohammed Hassan Al-Gendi.
The study aims to recognize the developmental and intellectual role of civil society institutions, taking NGO’s serving as a model for implementation. The study used the descriptive method and concluded with a set of results and recommendations.
