Description

“The Future of Arab Education” introduces to its readers of specialists, interested and intellectual persons who are concerned with the human sustainable development, its issue number hundred and twenty of the twenty sixth volume including eight studies as follows:
The First Study titled: Second Chance Learning in Egypt_ A Proposed Strategy in the Light of Global Trends by Dr. Eman Mohamed Shawky Al-Dabaa.
The study is aiming at shedding the light on the alternative patterns to the regular education, and these patterns introduces compact curricula, productive projects, and flexible table considering the circumstances of the students and introduces technological, financial and material privileges to attract them.
In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the analytical descriptive methodology has been adopted by the styles and tools, and a questionnaire to record the experts point of view has been designed, and group of meetings and symposia have been arranged with the Directorate General of Academic Education at the Ministry and Cairo Educational Department and a number of academic staff at the colleges of education.
The study concluded with the need to set philosophical, objectives, strategic vision and enhancement of the second chance educational institutions of Egypt.
The Second Study titled: Attitudes of Students at College of Basic Education in Kuwait Toward Teaching Profession in Relation to Some Variables,    Dr. Eisa Mohammad AlKandari - Dr. Ahmad Hamad AlSanie.
This study aims at knowing the students of the Basic Education College at Kuwait trends towards teaching profession, and knowing the relationship between these trends and some demographic changes which is: nationality, sex, specialty and the school grade.
The researchers used a closed questionnaire taken from another study. The study results indicated that the specimen persons have positive views to the teaching profession, the study also revealed that there are no significant variances between the specimen persons with regard to all demographic changes.
The third study titled: The Self-Employment Culture: False Concepts and Absent Essentials from the Egyptian Education System in the Light of the Analysis of Some Models of Successful Self-Made Egyptian Characters, by Dr. Fatma Zakareya Muhammad Abdel-Razek.
This study aims at describing the theoretical basis of free job culture and the sociological factors that led to deterioration of free job culture in the Egyptian society, and reveals the free job factors in Egypt and its dominating rules, hindrances, prevailing wrong understanding and the most prominent success factors of some self-built figures and how to build a positive culture for free job.
The researcher used the descriptive methodology in addition to using the content analysis method to the literature of the self-built figure about themselves.
The fourth study titled: Mobile Phone In The Field Of Higher Education In The State of Kuwait, By Dr. Ekbal Alothaimeen, Dr. Ahmad Abalkhail and Dr. Talal Alazemi.
The study aims at discovering the effectiveness of teaching by using the mobile phone and concentrated on the ways to use the mobile phones in electronic teaching by the students (male and female) of the Library Section at the Basic Education College of the General Authority for Applied Teaching and Training in Kuwait.
Questionnaire was used to collect data from the students of various specialties, and the results indicated that some students actually use the mobile phone to some extent in support to their learning process.
The fifth study titled: Exploring the Current Utilization of Interactive Board in Teaching the Islamic Curriculum in the High School Level from the Teachers' Perspectives in the City of Riyadh, By the researcher: Researcher: Mohammed A. Bin Masad, Prof. Saalih  M. Al-Utaywi.
This study aims at finding out the level of Islamic teachers at secondary schools utilization to the interactive board for providing information from internet, and encourage the learners to utilize it for interacting with the topics.
The study used the descriptive method together with designing a questionnaire form consisting of three parts.
The study concluded to number of results: The study persons use the interactive board to obtain information from the internet, and display the relevant educational web site.
The sixth study titled: The Reasons for the Weakness of Primary School Students in Wadi Al-Dawasir Governorate in the Multiplication Table From the Point of View of Teachers and Educational Supervisors. By the researcher: Mohammed Mubarak Al - Barqi.
This study aims at knowing the reasons for low level of the elementary school student in mastering the multiplication table and determine the variances between the sample students in determining the reasons for the low level of the Elementary school students in mastering the multiplication table.
The researcher used the descriptive (survey) method.
The study concluded the importance of the student role in the educational process, and the necessity to care for the student and facilitate the difficulties that hinder his education.
The seventh study titled: Rationalizing Cultural Openness From the Islamic Education Perspective, By: Ebtesam  Moberek  Aon  Al-Solami.
The study aims at explaining the concept of rationalization of cultural openness from the Islamic prospective, and highlight the controls for cultural openness from the prospective of Islamic education.
The researcher used the descriptive method and the detective approach. The study concluded that rationalization of the cultural openness does mean being dissolved in other cultures nor avoiding it, but using it meanwhile maintain the Islamic identity.
The eighth study titled: Emotional Divorce in Light of Some Variables in a Sample of Some Married Women, By Prof. Dr. Ashraf Abdel fattah Mustafa, Dr. Ayman Helmy Oweyda, Researcher: Faiza Ahmed Mahmoud, and Researcher: Rania Mahmoud Mosaad Abd Al Rahman.
The study aims at knowing the level of emotional separation of a sample of married women in light of variances related to the number of marriage years and the level of education.
The results indicate presence of an average level of the emotional separation of the sample and there are no significant variances refer to the average marriage years and the educational levels, and the researchers suggests to introduce a marriage guiding program to be added to the academic topics.
In the Chapter dedicated to academic papers, a master degree research papers by the researcher: Mansour Hussain Al Selmi was introduced and titled: Identify Possibility of Applying Accountability in Education in Primary Schools in Jeddah from the Perspective of Managers.
We ask the Almighty Allah to guide us to the good deeds and avail us benefit of our knowledge, and show us what we don’t know.
